Carter and Faraday Associates are a large independent commercial cleaning company offering an extensive range of quality commercial cleaning & support services across the South of England including Sussex, Surrey, Kent and South London
Our many years of experience has enabled us to develop an in depth knowledge of the resources and management required to service contracts of all sizes be it a national contract or a one-off call out.
We have contracts spanning 3 decades and service all industries: Factories, Prestige Offices, Doctors Surgeries, Shopping Malls, Financial Institutions, Prestige Motor Dealerships, Sports and Leisure Centres, Housing Associations, Hospitals, Nurseries and Public Houses.
Our core business is based in Sussex, Surrey and London and Kent.
Our staff comprise of our Management Team, Mobile Operatives and Full-time, Part-time, Weekend and shift cleaning operatives. Many of our personnel are long serving and this is reflected in our minimal staff turn over which, in turn, gives us credit as a responsible and caring employer, that emphasises Staff Welfare in an environment that relies on a dedicated and loyal workforce. Our well trained staff are our main asset for achieving customer satisfaction.
Advanced knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals, Techniques, Grounds Maintenance, Machinery and Floor maintenance are integral to our business. We continually re-invest in Research & Development to ensure that we are one-step ahead of the competition and retain our place in the market.
As a large but independent company we are able to tailor our contracts to suit your exact requirements and can supply you with all of your consumable needs, washroom services and entry mat replacements.
